The internship course (Kerja Praktik) in the XYZ Study Program requires a structured administrative process involving company registration, document submission, activity monitoring, and seminar assessment. Currently, these processes are still carried out manually through messaging applications and third-party links, resulting in long administrative flows, inconsistent data records, and difficulties for coordinators in monitoring student progress. This study aims to develop a UI/UX design for a user-centered interface of the Internship Module within the XYZ Study Program website using the Design Thinking method. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews with students, lecturers, and administrative staff. The five stages of Design Thinking—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test—were applied to identify problems and formulate solutions. The results indicate that users need an integrated, structured, and easy-to-use system that supports internship registration, progress reporting, document submission, and seminar scheduling. A high-fidelity prototype was developed in Figma and evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS), achieving scores within grade A–B, indicating high usability and positive user acceptance.
