Building the Case: Our Library’s Strategy for Implementing Single Sign-on

Launching a new electronic resource authentication method can be challenging in many ways. This article is about the journey of a small, dual hospital and college library (1.5-2.5 FTE) that piloted OpenAthens for its college to build the case for a larger network transition from IP authentication to single sign-on for library resources.
