Reproduction package for the article "Exact and evolutionary three-objective configuration of battery electric buses: cost, energy reserve and equipment value" (Transactions on Computational Modeling and Intelligent Systems, revision R1). The package contains the code, the complete inputs (calibrated Case 1 instance and the anonymised Case 2 optional-equipment catalogue with sales-share value models), every computed result including all Pareto fronts (33,495 distinct objective vectors in Case 1 and 384,240 in Case 2 over 1,050 scenario cells), the reduction, branch and affinity certificates, the test suite (51 tests), the exact software environment and SHA-256 hashes binding code, inputs and outputs. One command (python run_all.py) rebuilds all results and compares them with the published ones; verify_package.py checks the integrity of every file. All results except the epsilon-constraint MILP fronts can be reproduced with open-source software only; without a Gurobi licence, run_all.py --published-milp compares the published MILP fronts with the recomputed enumeration. See README.md for the step order, run times and the mapping of scripts to the paper.
