GStat+ is a web-based platform designed to facilitate statistical analysis of public and user-provided gene expression data. The platform integrates established differential expression analysis methods, including limma, DESeq2, and NOISeq, through a browser-based interface. Users can provide a Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) Series identifier or upload their own expression data. The workflow includes sample grouping, data preprocessing, statistical analysis, and exportable results and visualizations. The platform aims to make gene expression analysis more accessible while supporting the application of multiple statistical methods to transcriptomic datasets. The poster describes its objectives, data acquisition workflow, technical framework, capabilities, current limitations, and planned extensions.
