An NFT purchase can fund a redemption reserve or market liquidity, but the same payment cannot fully back both obligations. This report examines an NGU implementation that mints a purchaser NFT together with separate companion NFTs, routes a configured payment fraction toward concentrated liquidity and retains a distinct curve reserve. Companions are deposited into a collection vault for fungible claims and cannot redeem against the purchaser-NFT reserve. The underlying liquidity position is held by a locker, while the purchaser receives a transferable fee receipt. A fresh isolated build passed 27 tests, including 26 example tests and 256 cases of one fuzz test for the base curve. Controlled companion cases verified token classification, payment allocation, position custody, receipt ownership and rejection of companion redemption. These results do not establish production PositionManager compatibility, guaranteed placement under all pool states, beneficial investment outcomes or financial inclusion. The study emphasizes the separation of backing, liquidity principal and fee rights, including the limits on recovery and remaining administrative authority.
