Collateralized lending depends on both a valuation rule and an executable recovery path. This report examines StaccpadPawn, which advances quote tokens against an NFT using a simulated sale into the collection's configured automated market, optionally compared with the collection's own redemption quote. A tagged revert returns the simulated payout without retaining the swap's state changes. Debt accrues through a utilization-dependent index; a transferable NFT ticket carries the right to repay and recover collateral. Liquidation uses the configured venue and recognizes actual balance changes, paying a bounty before allocating recovery to debt and any surplus to the current ticket holder. A fresh isolated build passed 19 local tests covering quote equivalence, borrowing, interest, repayment, ticket transfer, liquidity-constrained withdrawals, admission checks and liquidation. The market-drop scenario realizes a loss to lenders rather than leaving unrecovered debt in reported assets. These results do not establish manipulation-resistant valuation, profitable lending, complete curve-path coverage or improved access for unbanked people. The study makes the contract's debt, control and loss-allocation rules explicit. Preparation of this report was assisted by Codex.
