This report examines a Solana launchpad mechanism that grants a wallet an NFT representing a token-only concentrated-liquidity position. The wallet deposits no quote token. A fixed supply reserve contributes launch tokens to an ask-side Orca Whirlpool position; the seat holder may collect that position's swap fees but cannot withdraw its principal through the program. In the tested working-tree version, paid deposit and exit instructions are retired, and free seats continue until the reserve is nearly exhausted. This differs materially from an older 100-seat description. An isolated SBF build succeeded. Four unit tests and three LiteSVM integration tests passed, including both token-order cases, fee collection after a swap, supply exhaustion and rejection of a Token-2022 quote mint with a transfer hook. The integration tests use a supplied Whirlpool binary and account fixtures; no live deployment or economic outcome was measured. A free seat still requires account rent and provides contingent fees, not guaranteed income or banking access. The study preserves the version change and the limits of its evidence so that users can assess the actual rights attached to a seat. Preparation of this report was assisted by Codex.
