An exact-source study of the undeployed Ape V2 prototype, separating NFT strategy management from ERC-20 portfolio claims, signed NAV and queued WETH redemption. Compilation succeeds for 55 Solidity files; 11 original local component tests and 18 original mocked client tests pass, with zero real network attempts. Nineteen integration fork-test cases, including eighteen account cases and one Pools launch case, are not executed. A material deployment failure is retained: the account runtime is 29,405 bytes, 4,829 above the standard EIP-170 limit. The report distinguishes arithmetic from trusted valuation, balance checks from leader trade proof, and share cancellation from cash or in-kind exit. Mutable governance, queue liveness and untracked provenance remain explicit. No live deployment, investment outcome, security audit or financial inclusion result is claimed. Jarett Dunn.
