Automated liquidity placement exposes users to two distinct risks: inventory changes caused by trading and uncertain outcomes caused by distributed execution. This report describes Maker CLI, an experimental Meteora DLMM client that combines inventory-aware placement, replay constraints and a durable journal of signed transactions. The inspected implementation records exact signed bytes before broadcast, uses transaction-specific balance metadata for accounting and blocks replacement while a previous outcome remains unresolved. Its paper model allows liquidity inventory to trade back on price reversals and applies existing quotes before repricing. Source inspection identifies 22 test declarations addressing these and related invariants, but no tests or funded transactions were executed for this report. The project documentation explicitly reports no validated funded mainnet execution. We therefore present an engineering mechanism and evaluation plan, not a profitable strategy. The human-centered questions concern understandable exposure, reliable recovery, total participation costs and contestable execution evidence. No improvement in financial inclusion or participant returns has been measured. Preparation of this report was assisted by Codex.
