Community health worker (CHW) home visiting is a cornerstone of trauma mental health screening in flood-affected low-resource settings, yet the optimal visit interval for detecting post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms remains unspecified. The analysis leverages the DHS Program indicator 'Knowledge of any method of contraception among married women' (FP_KMET_W_ANY) across 38 African countries and 162 country-survey observations from 1986 to 2025 (mean 91.776, SD 11.342, range 57.80 in Chad to 99.90 in Eswatini) as a proxy for community-level health knowledge saturation. The proposed discontinuity framework treats the visit interval as an assignment variable and estimates a local average treatment effect at the saturation cutoff. The design addresses confounding in observational outreach data by exploiting the deterministic relationship between caseload saturation and visit interval. The findings are not yet available; the contribution is the design itself and its justification.
