A systematic literature review was conducted to identify key enablers of interagency collaboration. This review examined four databases to find studies on interagency collaboration across various public services. The process resulted in 2,984 papers, from which 49 refined papers were selected for data extraction. The findings indicate that macro and meso factors emerged as the most significant enablers of interagency collaboration, overshadowing the foundational micro-level principles, which include inclusiveness, reciprocal relationships, rules, regulations, power sharing, and authority distribution. Improving these micro-level factors, upon which sustainable collaborations are built, will enhance future collaborations for effective public service delivery in Uganda.
