This study was conducted to examine the relationship between data analytics capability and organizational sustainability development among employees of DOLE Stanfilco in Panabo City. A quantitative research design was employed, and data were collected from 100 employees using a structured questionnaire covering key dimensions of data analytics capability and sustainability development. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The findings revealed that data analytics capability was high across all dimensions (M = 3.09), while organizational sustainability development was also high (M = 3.18), indicating that both practices were well established in the organization. A strong and statistically significant relationship (r = 0.800, p < 0.001) was found between data analytics capability and organizational sustainability development, suggesting that higher analytics capability was associated with better sustainability outcomes. No significant differences were observed when the data were grouped according to age and sex, whereas a significant difference was found in terms of tenure. It was concluded that data analytics capability played a significant role in enhancing organizational sustainability development. It was recommended that the organization strengthen its hardware resources, enhance employee training programs, and further integrate data analytics into sustainability initiatives, while also implementing tenure-based strategies to improve employee engagement in sustainability practices.
