This dataset supports the experimental results reported in the manuscript “Experimental Characterization of Fan-Assisted Downward Transport of Ultrasonically Atomized Droplets.” The dataset contains raw and processed experimental data obtained from a fan-assisted ultrasonic droplet transport system consisting of four 1.7 MHz ultrasonic atomizers and a PWM-controlled BLDC fan. The deposited data include downstream airflow-velocity measurements, reservoir liquid depletion measurements, downstream collected liquid mass measurements, collection-based apparent delivery efficiency, and the source data used to generate Figs. 3–5 and Tables 3–7 of the manuscript. The dataset also includes the parameters and calculations used for the theoretical sensitivity analysis of representative droplet diameters of 5, 10, 15, and 20 μm. These droplet diameters are theoretical representative values and do not represent directly measured droplet-size distributions from the present system. Experiments were conducted for 5 min under fan-off, 40%, 60%, and 80% PWM conditions with ten repetitions per condition at an ambient temperature of 20 °C and a relative humidity of 36%. Downstream airflow velocity was measured 30 mm below the outlet, and gravimetric liquid collection was independently performed at the same axial distance using a 3D-printed single-mesh collection chamber. Representative source images used for qualitative comparison of fan-off and fan-on mist behavior are also included. The images were used only for qualitative visualization, and no quantitative droplet-size or particle-number data were extracted from them.
