Based on the Origin of Light Theory, this paper distinguishes the energy state and matter state of gamma photons, and explores the physical mechanism by which photons transform into real particles through strong force self locking. Photons embody the unity of energy and light speed, and the invariance of light speed constitutes the fundamental property of photons. The energy of gamma photons required to generate stable real particles must match the corresponding energy levels of protons and electrons. Photon self locking requires the simultaneous satisfaction of multiple matching conditions including energy, collision direction and polarization angle. Nebulae around black hole jets serve as the primary site for the bulk birth of basic matter particles. After gamma photons shift from free energy state to matter state, high energy effects are confined within the self locking closed loop. Protons and electrons are the only stable real particles in the physical world. This study adopts the strong force compensation mechanism to provide a new interpretation for the origin of real matter.
