This paper presents the architecture, design decisions, and implementation details of Yash Enterprises, a full-stack B2B wholesale grocery distribution platform. The system integrates a React 18 single-page application, a Node.js/Express REST API, and a Supabase PostgreSQL database with pgvector extension to deliver a complete commerce solution spanning three distinct user portals: Customer, Admin, and Worker. Key technical contributions include a two-phase hybrid search engine combining token-based scoring with asynchronous semantic vector search, a FIFO-based credit accounting system, a real-time order lifecycle management pipeline from placement through delivery and payment collection, and an on-device AI embedding pipeline using the all-MiniLM-L6-v2 transformer model. The platform is deployed on Hostinger (frontend) and Render (backend) with a Supabase cloud database, serving the complete wholesale order fulfilment workflow including desk checkout, preorder queuing, worker attendance tracking, and payroll generation.
