Aggressive behavior among adolescents has been increasingly linked to psychosocial stressors and a lack of structured physical and emotional wellness in schools. This study explores the implementation of a school-based Wellness program incorporating extracurricular water sports activities as a means to foster a Wellness culture and reduce behavioral risks through improved physiological and cognitive well-being. Methods: The study was conducted during the 2024/25 academic year as part of a two-week sports camp held on the Black Sea coast. Participants (adolescents aged 10–14) were divided into an experimental group (engaged in structured Wellness activities) and a control group (standard curriculum). Functional indicators, particularly oxygen saturation (SpO₂), were measured in both groups before and after the intervention. Results: The experimental group showed a statistically significant improvement in oxygen saturation levels post-intervention compared to the control group. Positive correlations were found between participation in Wellness activities and enhanced physiological balance during cognitive load periods. Discussion: The results indicate that regular participation in Wellness-oriented extracurricular activities—especially water sports—can contribute to improved functional dynamics in adolescents, potentially serving as a protective factor against aggressive behaviors. The increased oxygen saturation suggests improved stress regulation and cognitive functioning. Conclusion: Integrating Wellness programs in school settings, particularly through active, engaging methods such as aquatic sports, can effectively support both physical health and behavioral development in adolescents. These findings support the inclusion of structured Wellness culture initiatives as a preventive educational strategy.
