Preparing students for campus recruitment in a personalized and effective way is still difficult for most colleges. Typical placement systems deal mainly with administrative work such as registering students, storing company details, checking eligibility, and organizing recruitment drives, whereas interview training and company specific preparation are usually left to separate resources. This paper describes PlaceIntel, a web platform driven by multiple cooperating AI agents that unites central placement administration with tailored AI support for students. Four dedicated agents form the core of the system: a Mock Interview Agent, a Company Preparation Agent, a Company Research Agent, and a Skill Gap Analyzer. A Candidate Evaluation module additionally supports structured assessment during placement drives. The implementation relies on React, Java Spring Boot, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, LangGraph, and Gemini 3.6 Flash; authentication is handled with Spring Security and JWT, while Docker and AWS are used for deployment. The resulting architecture brings placement operations and AI-guided preparation together within a single modular design.
