How can information constitute the very object that carries it? This paper develops informational encapsulation as a generative account of material objecthood. In the proposed information-projection cosmology, information is a real structure of distinctions and relations. Projection and matching make these relations physically effective, while encapsulation constitutes an organized interior, an emergent boundary, and the capacity for reciprocal action. The shadow medium names the common support linking these expressions. Relational recognition specifies how a distinction becomes consequential in an encounter and is carried into subsequent events. For the specified quantum interactions, we prove that selective retention preserves the complete record law and conditional retained states, including the changes produced by readout. Internal-memory and molecular realizations show how an identity-bearing organization persists through changes of its interior. A common nonlinear spatial source links induced interaction, fluctuation response, interface cost, and physical exchange through one coupled energy. Variational and dynamical results connect boundary formation to stability, geometric scale selection, and conditions for maintained identity. A numerical history follows an initially unformed preparation through interface formation and entry into an identity family, then continues from its actual reached state through repeated reciprocal observations. Separate environmental continuations show how the response of the surroundings enters the conditions of departure, return, and continued identity. Formation, retained organization, and physical action are thereby joined in the constitution of an object. A material object is projected information manifested through encapsulation as a single interacting unit.
