In classical number theory, prime numbers are defined passively through divisibility rules and treated with analytic approximations or probabilistic distributions. This paper introduces the Universes Theorem, establishing that the set of natural numbers {N} is a closed, deterministic, tripartite architectural system defined by three fundamental Universes (U1, U2, U3). Within this framework, primality is redefined dynamically: a prime is a Point of Silence—a coordinate unvisited by any prior frequency, which instantly acts as a new generating source (Founder). By executing a single, continuous Propagation Frequency across the grid, pseudo-primes are identified strictly as mechanical collisions. Furthermore, applying The Structural Equation across all three Universes systematically reveals the number 1 as a structural prime and foundational spark, with Universe U3 producing the complete, uninterrupted sequence of primes with 0.00% structural error. Supplementary Material: Includes the original Python implementation (U1 - Ortiz Perez.py) validating the 0.00% structural error rate.
