The management of facilities and infrastructure is a fundamental component in the provision of early childhood education (ECE). Effective management not only ensures the availability of facilities but also guarantees safety, comfort, and alignment with the developmental characteristics of children. This article aims to outline the basic concepts of facilities and infrastructure management and analyze their implementation at RA Darul Ulum. Through a literature review and a case study which includes a semi-structured interview with the school principal, Murniati, S.Pd. This article details eight stages of management, ranging from planning to the disposal of assets. The research findings indicate that planning prioritizes classrooms, funding is derived from the Educational Operational Assistance (BOP) grant and school fees, inventory is managed digitally, facility utilization is supported by television sets for displaying educational videos, and maintenance is carried out through monthly monitoring. Nevertheless, limited budgets and human resources remain significant challenges, leading the principal to acknowledge that the current state of the facilities and infrastructure is not yet entirely satisfactory. Optimizing management requires strategic planning, the participation of stakeholders, and the utilization of technology to create a conducive and sustainable learning environment.
