This study examines the management of the Al- ‘Amillin Qur’anic Tahfidz Program in Kedotan Village, Muaro Jambi Regency. Using a qualitative case study approach, the researchers collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the program leader, ustadz, and ustadzah. The findings indicate that the program management is implemented through structured planning, organized learning activities, and continuous evaluation. The program applies adaptive learning strategies through talaqqi, iqra’, muraja’ah, and memorization submission to improve students’ memorization quality and recitation accuracy. The program evaluates progress through periodic imtihan and memorization monitoring records. Despite structured implementation, challenges remain regarding student discipline and differences in learning abilities. This study highlights that sustainable tahfidz management requires integrating systematic program organization, adaptive learning methods, and continuous evaluation practices.
