An operational architecture is proposed for investigating Residual Recovery Reserve (RRR). Current state, previous recovery, tolerance of the next exposure, and recovery after that exposure are distinguished. Reserve is considered relative to a specified function, history, exposure, environment, resources, external support, and observation horizon. Two possible representations are defined: a profile of subsequent recovery probabilities under specified exposures, and a boundary of admissible exposure under additional identification conditions. Neither representation is assumed to constitute a distinct kind of quantity. The protocol separates predictors from future outcomes, requires comparison with established domain-specific models, partitions data by independent objects, evaluates uncertainty, and retains negative findings. Cross-domain transfer initially concerns the structure of the procedure rather than a common numerical scale. The paper defines a testing program; the independent status of RRR, a universal unit, and empirical effectiveness remain unestablished.
