The Six Pillars: Discipline Within Transmission presents a theoretical and experimental framework developed by Yeshayahu Ben-Yehudah, Founder and Executive Director of THE BEN-YEHUDAH INSTITUTE, for investigating disciplined human observation, cognitive discernment, and information transmission. The research introduces six interconnected disciplines: Stillness, Awareness, Observation, Discernment, Integration, and Transmission. Building upon 18 previously published research works, including the Ben-Yehudah Field Theory, the Ben-Yehudah Method, FORCE PAUSE, and investigations into consciousness, cognitive coherence, and the human Observer, the paper establishes operational definitions, testable hypotheses, mathematical representations, and a proposed experimental methodology. The framework examines whether systematic application of the Six Pillars may improve observational accuracy, metacognitive awareness, recognition of uncertainty, cognitive self-regulation, and information-transmission fidelity. Particular attention is given to reducing unsupported interpretations, cognitive distortion, and interference within human–artificial intelligence communication. This publication presents an original theoretical and methodological contribution intended to support future empirical investigation. No experimental results are claimed.
