The relevance of the article’s topic is driven by the profound digitalization of all spheres of economic activity and the transition to a new technological paradigm. For the Russian Federation, under conditions of sanctions pressure and restricted access to Western technology markets, a critically important priority is the reorientation of export flows and the search for new mechanisms to ensure technological sovereignty. In the current geopolitical environment, the traditional model of promoting national IT products in isolation faces serious barriers, including high software adaptation costs, regulatory restrictions in friendly countries, and intense competition from transnational IT giants from China and India. In this regard, there is an objective need to shift from an individual export strategy to a collective model within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The article examines the strengthening of IT cooperation within the EAEU as a strategic instrument for expanding the export opportunities of the Russian Federation. It proposes the concept of creating a Map of Technological Specialization for the EAEU member states, which would make it possible to allocate roles among the countries according to their competitive advantages in the digital sphere. A five-stage algorithm is developed for the joint entry of IT companies from the Union’s member states into the markets of friendly countries on the basis of digital consortia.
