While pure flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum, rich in omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid, C18:3n-3) provides systemic anti-inflammatory utility and intestinal lubrication, its ingestion as an unbuffered liquid Long-Chain Triglyceride (LCT) bolus triggers rapid duodenal I-cell Cholecystokinin (CCK) secretion and high-amplitude gallbladder contraction (Delta P_GB > P_crit). In individuals harboring multiple biliary micro-calculi (d_s in [1.0, 5.0] mm), confirmed via thin-slice multi-planar abdominal computed tomography (October 25, 2026), such contractile spikes elevate the hydrodynamic hazard of cystic duct entrainment, obstructive choledocholithiasis, and acute biliary pancreatitis. This monograph establishes the theoretical and culinary synthesis of a deterministic, CCK-silent functional alternative to liquid flaxseed oil: a Non-Newtonian Biopolymer Hydrogel Micro-Encapsulated Lipid Matrix. By replacing 80%–90% of the free liquid LCT carrier with direct portal-routed Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCTs, C8–C10) and encapsulating essential omega-3 payloads within a cross-linked poly-gamma-glutamic acid (fermented soy/natto mucilage), marine alginate-fucoidan, chia polysaccharide, and coagulated egg albumin hydrogel, we attenuate gastric emptying and Fickian luminal lipid diffusion by an order of magnitude (max_t J_LCT(t) << K_m). Furthermore, we formalize how soluble biopolymer matrices sequester intestinal bile acids to reduce the hepatic Cholesterol Saturation Index (CSI) and encode these physiological state constraints into the QFS-zkVM over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field (F_p, p = 2^64 - 2^32 + 1) under Human-in-Command (HIC) governance and the Strict No-Learn Covenant (NLL-v1.0-2026).
