The Twelve Theonoetic Practices: An Establishing Statement of Voluntary Discipline and the Life of Becoming is a standalone, founder-approved Public Reader Edition v1.1 by Michael Williams, published on 25 October 2026 (23 PDF pages). The practices are voluntary disciplines, adapted to individual capacity; they are not additional movements, spiritual ranks or compulsory rites. The Nine Tenets express moral and spiritual principles, while the Five Movements remain Attend, Examine, Choose, Act and Integrate. The twelve practices are Stillness Meditation; Appetite Fast; Prayer of Clear Seeing; Embodied Movement; Evening Integration; No-Audience Service; Repair Practice; Sabbath Rest; Feast of Gratitude; Teacher Formation; Study; and Accompanying the Dying and the Grieving. The edition’s provenance statement distinguishes its historical R33 v1.1 review-manuscript source from the published 2026 Free Scholarly Edition of The Theonoetica, whose Chapter 24 presents the practices without canonising the numbered twelve-part form. This standalone companion does not revise the published books. Its publication notices and primary-source references have been updated for this Zenodo deposit; the practices and other substantive text remain unchanged. Independent human peer review and ESI-95 certification are not claimed.
