This paper introduces a non-singular framework for quantum gravity that eliminates spacetime singularities within General Relativity (GR) through a combination of electroweak phase transitions and discrete topological kinematics. We postulate that the fundamental quantum of spacetime volume (Vmin ~ lP^3) possesses the intrinsic symmetry of a regular octahedron (Oh point group), where individual pixels are conjugated at their vertices acting as ideal quantum hinges. In the high-energy regime of gravitational collapse, the local temperature exceeds the electroweak threshold, restoring the SU(2)L x U(1)Y symmetry, causing the Higgs vacuum expectation value (VEV) to vanish (<Φ> = 0), and stripping fundamental particles of their invariant rest mass (mf -> 0). As this ultra-relativistic massless gauge plasma compresses, conservation of angular momentum forces adjacent, counter-rotating octahedral pixels to spin up until their boundary interfaces approach the speed of light (c). At the Planck scale, the network undergoes an instantaneous phase transition driven by topological frustration, designated here as Planckian Lattice Locking. This mechanical freeze halts spatial compression at a finite maximum density ρP, triggering a global CPT-inversion (gµν -> -gµν) and a metric bounce into a White Hole sector. We demonstrate that this mechanism elegantly resolves the black hole information paradox, provides a topological sorting mechanism that explains cosmic baryon asymmetry, and offers a geometric stencil for the instantaneous condensation of matter, resolving the “impossible early galaxies” paradox observed by the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST).
