PT. Wicaraka Persada is a 3 kg LPG distribution company that manages sales transactions, cash receipts, cash expenditures, and financial reports. The recording process still relies on notebooks and separate files that are not integrated, causing delays in data retrieval, transaction history checking, cash flow monitoring, and report preparation. This study aims to design and develop a web-based transaction and financial recording information system that manages data in a centralized and structured manner. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The system was developed using the Agile method, which included user requirement identification, system planning, design, implementation, testing, evaluation, and improvement. The developed system provides three access roles: administrator, finance staff, and company management. Its features include user management, LPG product management, agent data, sales transactions, cash receipts, cash expenditures, cash flow, cash expenditure approval, activity history, and period-based reports. The system was evaluated using Black Box Testing through test scenarios TS-001 to TS-129. All scenarios received valid results and produced outputs that matched the expected outcomes. The test results showed that all system functions operated according to the expected outcomes. The developed system integrates transaction data into a centralized database and provides features for information retrieval, cash flow monitoring, and period-based report preparation. The system is expected to help reduce the risk of recording errors and data loss in transaction and financial management processes.
