This study aims to examine the effects of Pranayama on resting heart rate and perceived stress among school students aged 13–15 years in Siddipet District, Telangana. Pranayama, a yogic breathing practice, may support physiological regulation and stress management. The study evaluates changes in resting heart rate and perceived stress following a Pranayama programme. Resting heart rate is assessed in beats per minute using a standardized measurement procedure, while perceived stress is measured using an age-appropriate questionnaire with suitable validity evidence for the participants. The study’s methods, sample characteristics, and statistical analyses should be reported according to the procedures actually followed. As the numerical findings have not been provided here, no conclusions about the effectiveness of Pranayama can yet be drawn. The findings from the completed analysis may help inform future research on yoga-based practices in school physical education.
