Research Aim: This study aims to analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence in shaping inclusive leadership and to formulate strategies for strengthening local wisdom as a foundation for sustainable leadership. Design/Methods/Approach: The study employs a Literature Review approach, synthesizing scholarly works from Scopus, Web of Science, and Sinta (2010–2026). Thematic analysis is used to identify patterns and relationships among inclusive leadership, AI, and local wisdom. Research Finding: The findings reveal that inclusive leadership plays a critical role in bridging technological advancement and human values. It enhances employee engagement, innovation, and decision-making quality while mitigating algorithmic bias. Additionally, integrating local wisdom strengthens ethical governance, social legitimacy, and organizational sustainability through value-based and culturally grounded practices. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research offers a novel integrative framework combining AI, inclusive leadership, and local wisdom, addressing the gap between technological and humanistic perspectives in leadership studies. Practitioner/Policy Implication: The study provides strategic guidance for leaders and policymakers to implement human-centered AI, promote inclusivity, and embed cultural values into digital transformation. Research Limitation: This study relies on secondary data; future research should incorporate empirical validation and sector-specific analysis.
