Engineering innovation, digital transformation, organizational management, and sustainability are increasingly interconnected within contemporary organizations. An integrated understanding of these dimensions is essential for developing organizational capabilities that respond effectively to technological change while addressing social and environmental responsibilities. This study aimed to examine engineering innovation, digital management, and organizational capability across economies and to assess patterns of workforce development, social inclusion, and environmental sustainability within a multidisciplinary framework for future organizations. A secondary-data design was employed using selected economy-level indicators from the World Bank Enterprise Surveys Custom Query dataset. Indicators representing innovation, technology adoption, digital business practices, management systems, workforce characteristics, gender participation, training, and environmental practices were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Indicator-specific available observations were retained to reflect the underlying data structure. The findings revealed substantial cross-economy variation in technological innovation, digital business practices, organizational management systems, workforce development, and sustainability-related activities. Digital administrative practices were more widely represented than several innovation and environmental indicators, while management, training, gender participation, and environmental practices demonstrated notable differences across economies. These findings indicate that technological advancement and organizational sustainability develop unevenly and require coordinated approaches. The study supports a multidisciplinary framework that integrates engineering innovation, digital management, organizational capability, workforce development, social inclusion, and environmental responsibility. Such integration provides a structured basis for understanding future organizational development and identifying areas requiring coordinated technological, managerial, and sustainability-oriented attention.
