SCQG paper 25 of 28 Paper 25 develops the response of physical fields to reciprocal endpoint conditions in the SCQG framework. These conditions pair the two temporal orientations and constrain the preparation within each one. Matter and fields evolve within their own orientation, with zero cross-seam transfer. The central quantity is support-capacity strain, Δ = ln(C*/C). Here C* is the capacity required by the endpoint data, and C is the capacity realized on the physical support screen. The microscopic action determines the resulting force and stress. Its causal response includes memory of earlier states and fluctuations from unresolved degrees of freedom. Explicit finite calculations retain all 8,160 fermionic modes, the active spatial cycle and its gauge constraints. The paper derives the response equations and their conservation identities, then reduces the gravitational constraints to obtain scalar, entropy and tensor perturbations. Entropy perturbations describe deviations orthogonal to the background field trajectory. Their statistical covariance retains the initial preparation, correlations with later forces and dynamical noise. Oscillation crossing, memory decay and covariance freeze-out have separate definitions and tests. The final part treats the change of effective couplings with resolution scale. It derives reciprocal relations between the two scale flows and the conditions for a unique physical boundary scale from capacity matching. In the common infrared capacity regime, that scale obeys ℓ² = ℏG/c³. The source and reproducibility files include the finite calculations, numerical arrays and build checks.
