Cyclic cosmologies face Tolman's problem: entropy produced in one cycle is carried into the next. In Tazamkon entropy is never reduced; it is left behind the de Sitter event horizon of the old universe, and only a record of baryon and lepton number crosses to the next cycle, carried by metric-free BF topological fields as a number without energy or entropy (crossing entropy is proved zero). A new beginning grows from the records: before spacetime they attract through a distance-independent raw gravity; the first distance is born with a zero-sum pair of binding and light; space then grows from one to three dimensions as the records are "dressed", and at the proton-formation threshold ordinary physics takes over. With one fitted input (photons per baryon) and measured constants, the model fixes, without a continuous free parameter, about 69 e-folds of accelerated expansion without an inflaton, N ≈ 3.8×10^82 baryons, and a scalar tilt n_s = 0.972 ± 0.001 with running ≈ −1.8×10^-3, negligible primordial gravitational waves (r ≪ 10^-5), negligible non-Gaussianity, exactly constant dark energy (w = −1), a stable proton, and Dirac neutrinos. Black-hole horizons strip the dressing, derived from the free-fall flow of space, including rotating holes. The seed amplitude A_s and dark matter are taken from observation, and three discrete choices made with data in view are declared. The tilt and the absence of primordial B-modes are falsifiable by Simons Observatory, SPT-3G and LiteBIRD. Speculative, not peer reviewed.
