The neutrino sector analysis of the G2 framework yields a single structural quantity for the light neutrinos: a compressed but genuine mass hierarchy, with a ratio of the heaviest to the middle state of about 5.8, following from the neutrinos occupying the G2 singlet. We show that this one quantity fixes five otherwise independent, currently unmeasured features of the neutrino spectrum, mutually consistent and probed by four different techniques. First, the ordering is normal: a genuine hierarchy of ratio 5.8 is incompatible with the near degeneracy of the two heaviest states that inverted ordering requires. Second, the lightest neutrino is essentially massless: the value 5.8 is precisely the ratio obtained in the limit of vanishing lightest mass, since the square root of the ratio of the measured mass-squared splittings is 5.82 and any appreciable lightest mass would lower the ratio. Third, the total neutrino mass is therefore pinned at the minimal normal value, the sum being approximately 0.059 eV. Fourth, if the neutrinos are Majorana, the effective mass for neutrinoless double beta decay lies in the band 1.4 to 3.7 milli-electronvolts, with a nonzero floor, since the massless lightest state removes the cancellation that could otherwise zero it. Fifth, the model independent kinematic mass probed in beta decay is about 8.9 milli-electronvolts. The three mass observables — cosmological total, double beta effective and kinematic agree, each probing the same spectrum differently. Each prediction is falsifiable in the near term and we give the derivations, the current experimental status and the explicit condition that would refute each, stating that all rest on the strength of the single structural ratio.
