Low numeracy skills and the abstract nature of geometry content require learning media that can visualize concepts; however, descriptions of the development process for Plotagon-based media covering curved-surface solid shapes remain limited. This study aims to describe the development stages and specifications of Plotagon-based audiovisual learning media regarding curved-surface solid shapes for Grade IX students at MTs Negeri 1 Bangka. Using the 4-D research and development model, the study covers the define, design, and develop stages, with modified sequencing of concept and task analyses. The trial subjects consisted of 32 students from class IX C. Data were collected through observation, document review, validation sheets, questionnaires, and tests, then analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. Results from the define stage indicate that the need for development stems from low numeracy achievement and student difficulties in comprehending word problems, graphs, and tables. The design stage produced a test blueprint based on three numeracy indicators and "Draft I," comprising the lesson plan, media, and six instruments. In the development stage, the media was rated as valid by media, content, and language experts (each scoring 3.8 out of 4); trial results showed high scores for learning implementation and student response (3.9) as well as high self-efficacy (3.6). The final product is compatible with both computers and Android devices. Documentation of these stages can serve as a reference for teachers and researchers developing similar media.
