This study examines work-life balance, job satisfaction, and performance among Bogor Police Resort personnel. Questionnaire data from 125 purposively selected officers were analysed using partial least squares structural equation modelling. Work-life balance was positively associated with performance (β = 0.416) and satisfaction (β = 0.693); satisfaction was positively associated with performance (β = 0.460). The indirect association through satisfaction was significant (β = 0.319), indicating complementary partial mediation. All paths had p < 0.001. The observational design and incomplete measurement reporting limit causal and practical interpretation.
