Standard cosmology treats black holes as vacuum singularities where general relativity breaks down and dark matter as an exotic particle halo. We propose a unification within the Temporal Emergence Reality (TER) framework. TER pos-tulates N0 = Nothingness (absence of Space and Time, pre-Big Bang reality where Mathematics resides) = T0, the first quantum of time, named Nothon (t0). In TER, Time is a physical flux field – the Fifth Force – Space is Time flowing orthogonally, Mass Mt is condensed Time, Photon is Time made visible, and Gravity is the density gradient of Time. We hypothesize that black holes are not vacuum singularities but regions of extremely high-density dark matter, i.e., maximally condensed Nothon flux. We define Dark Matter as condensed Nothon, ρDM = ρcondensed Nothon, and Dark Energy as flowing Nothon, ρDE = ρflowing Nothon. A black hole forms when Nothon flux density exceeds a critical threshold, ρN > ρc c5/(ℏG2), creating a region where time-flow dT → 0 but Nothon substance remains. The event horizon is the phase transition boundary from flowing to condensed time. This single hypothesis resolves (i) the singularity paradox via finite maximal density, (ii) the information paradox via preservation of information in Nothon flux patterns, and (iii) the observed correlation between supermassive black holes and dense dark matter halos. We present a unified density profile and four testable predictions for EHT, rotation curves, gravitational waves, and JWST observations
