We propose black holes are not vacuum singularities but regions of extremely high-density dark matter within TER. Fundamental insight: true present moment P0 cannot exist within time T, because any duration in T has past/future. P0 must be zero-duration singularity of time, i.e. Nothingness N0. We identify P0=N0=T0=t0 = Nothon, hypothetical particle of nothingness. TER: N0 -> Time flux Φ_N (Fifth Force) -> Space (S perp T) -> Mass Mt = integral ρ_N dV. Dark matter ρ_DM = condensed Nothon, dark energy ρ_DE = flowing. BH forms when ρ_N > ρ_c ~ c^5 / (hbar G^2), where dT -> 0 but substance remains -- macroscopic present moment. Unified profile ρ_BH(r) = ρ_N,max f(r/r_s) with f -> 1 inside (finite core) and NFW outside, removing singularity via Planck cutoff. Information I_BH = integral φ_N dV ≠ 0 preserves information. M_BH proportional M_Halo. Predictions: EHT 1.2x diffuse ring, single-parameter rotation curve, GW echoes 10-50 ms, z>10 SMBHs via direct condensation from N0.
