Research Aim: This study aims to explore working capital management strategies in MSMEs, specifically Warung Kasemo in Malang, and their impact on financial performance. Design/Methode/Approach: This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study. The data collected in this case study were gathered through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and simple financial document analysis. Data analysis was conducted using triangulation, reduction, and the presentation of descriptive narratives. Research Finding: The research results indicate that the working capital management strategies implemented include the separation of daily and operational cash, a just-in-time (JIT) approach in inventory management, and the optimization of receivables and payables management. This approach improves the liquidity and operational efficiency of Warung Kasemo, although challenges such as fluctuations in raw material prices still exist. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research strengthens cash management and JIT theory by providing empirical evidence from the context of SMEs in Indonesia. Practitioner/Policy Implication: The results of this study provide strategic guidance for SMEs in improving liquidity and profitability through effective working capital management. Research Limitation: This study is limited to a single case, namely Warung Kasemo, so the generalization of the research results should be done with caution.
