This article examines the legal framework governing inheritance by law in the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the determination of the estate, identification of heirs, formalization of inherited property, and resolution of inheritance-related disputes. It also addresses practical challenges arising during the exercise of inheritance rights, including insufficient legal awareness, inconsistencies in documents, difficulties in verifying property rights, and disagreements among heirs. The scientific novelty of the study lies in proposing an integrated legal and organizational model consisting of interconnected stages for formalizing inheritance. The model encompasses providing legal information on inheritance, identifying the estate and heirs, verifying relevant documents, formalizing inheritance rights, and resolving disputes that may arise. The proposed approach may contribute to ensuring legality in the exercise of inheritance rights, reducing legal risks, and protecting the legitimate interests of citizens.
