The article is devoted to the problems of the application of inheritance contracts. The author analyzes the current legislation, highlights some existing problems in practice, and provides examples of them. The article proposes a procedure for controlling the commission of illegal actions. The author concludes that legal relations arising from inheritance agreements require more detailed regulation, and therefore it is proposed to make appropriate amendments to the current legislation.
