On Some Issues of the Establishment of an Inheritance Fund and Property Rights of the Surviving Spouse and Other Members of the Testator’s Family

The author of the article raises topical issues of the relationship between the provisions of the civil legislation of the Russian Federation on the inheritance fund and family legislation on the property of spouses, including the property rights of the surviving spouse.
