The article summarizes current methodological approaches to the organization of adaptive sports for adolescents with cerebral palsy. Based on an analysis of scientific sources, the transition from a predominantly corrective and clinical orientation toward a functional, individualized, and participation-oriented approach is examined. The main pedagogical principles of organizing training sessions are identified, including active participation of the adolescent, the functional orientation of movement tasks, individualization according to functional abilities and goals, the use of game-based and motivational components, and group interaction. The methodological potential of sports and game-based, aquatic, functional-strength, and coordination-oriented activities is analyzed. The need for individualized exercise dosage is substantiated, taking into account frequency, duration, intensity, volume, and the adolescent’s individual response to physical load. The importance of regularity, adherence to training, safety, and accessibility of organizational conditions is determined. The synthesis of the findings made it possible to identify the principles for developing a comprehensive adaptive sports program that can be implemented in various settings, including health and wellness centers.
