Purpose: The sustainable work that a business undertakes in creating a product or service should be visible to all its audiences, as it is a differentiating factor in today's highly competitive market. In this sense, this study seeks to determine whether sustainable businesses use SEO tools to position themselves in their markets, as well as to identify gaps in opportunities and areas for improvement. Methodology: A quantitative study was conducted with 233 businesses from Argentina, Mexico, and Peru, analyzing fourteen SEO indicators: eleven related to on-page optimization and three related to off-page SEO. Comparative analysis between countries was performed using Pearson's chi-squared test. Results: A significant structural gap was evident. The ecosystems in Mexico and Argentina show maturity in acquiring external links and page load speed, while 87.5% of businesses in Peru operate with virtually no visibility. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is still room for improvement in indicators such as loading mobile speed, meta description length, and link building.
