The article examines the role of modern sports facilities, exercise equipment, training machines, and technical teaching aids in improving the effectiveness of physical education and sports training. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing importance of modern infrastructure, innovative technologies, and evidence-based approaches to organizing educational and training activities. The effective use of material and technical resources is considered an important prerequisite for creating a safe, accessible, and educationally effective environment for physical activity and athletic development. The purpose of the article is to provide a theoretical justification for the role of modern sports facilities, exercise equipment, and teaching technologies in enhancing the quality of physical education and sports training, as well as to identify the main directions for their effective implementation in educational and athletic practice. The article characterizes the functional significance of sports halls, stadiums, specialized sports grounds, fitness centers, and multifunctional training spaces. Particular attention is paid to the importance of appropriate infrastructure planning, equipment quality, accessibility, technical maintenance, and compliance with safety requirements. The study emphasizes that well-designed sports environments create favorable conditions for organizing physical activities, developing motor skills, improving physical fitness, and implementing various training methods. The potential of exercise equipment is analyzed in relation to the development of strength, endurance, coordination, and sport-specific motor abilities. The importance of selecting equipment according to participants’ age, physical fitness, individual characteristics, and training objectives is highlighted. The article also explores the educational value of technical teaching aids, including multimedia presentations, video recordings, motion analysis software, interactive displays, and digital learning resources. These technologies can facilitate the demonstration of motor skills, identification of technical errors, provision of feedback, and improvement of learners’ understanding of movement techniques. Particular attention is given to digital technologies and monitoring systems, such as heart rate monitors, fitness trackers, motion sensors, and video analysis tools. Their use provides opportunities to collect objective information about physical activity, assess training responses, monitor performance indicators, and adjust training loads. However, technological measurements should be interpreted alongside pedagogical observation and professional assessment rather than used as the sole basis for training decisions. The article concludes that the effectiveness of the training process depends on the integrated use of sports infrastructure, appropriate equipment, innovative teaching technologies, and professionally designed training methods. Future development should focus on the gradual modernization of sports facilities, the integration of digital monitoring systems, the improvement of instructors’ technological competence, and the promotion of safe, inclusive, and individualized physical education and sports training.
