This community service activity aimed to enhance the digital marketing capacity of Mamochi MSME, a culinary business producing and selling mochi in Purwokerto, through the development and implementation of a website-based ordering system. Prior to the program, product promotion and ordering processes were conducted manually through social media and direct messaging, limiting marketing reach and customer access to product information. The implementation method consisted of observation and interviews to identify partner needs, website design and development, website management training, and user satisfaction evaluation. The developed website provides product catalogs, galleries, business information, location maps, social media integration, and an ordering feature connected to WhatsApp. Following implementation, training sessions were conducted to enable the business owner to independently manage website content and product information. Evaluation results from 10 respondents indicated a high level of satisfaction, with 30% strongly agreeing, 68% agreeing, and 2% moderately agreeing regarding the usability and benefits of the website. The activity demonstrates that the utilization of a website as a digital marketing platform can improve promotional effectiveness, simplify the ordering process, and support the digital transformation and competitiveness of MSMEs in an increasingly digital business environment.
