A new species, Imachra philippinensis Legalov, sp. nov., from the Philippines (Luzon and Mindanao) is described and illustrated. The new species is similar to Imachra sabahna Morimoto et Miyakawa, 1996 and I. siamensis Morimoto et Miyakawa, 1996, but is clearly distinguished from them by its narrower body, white narrow scales forming spots on the elytra, and aggregation of white scales under the eyes, on the thorax, and at the base of the pronotum, as well as by its very long antennae. The new species is easily distinguished from I. meridionalis Legalov, 2025 from Mindanao by the body with spots of white scales, straight and longer rostrum, long antennae, and non-subparallel elytral sides. This is the second record of the genus Imachra Pascoe, 1874 from the Philippines and the first record from Luzon Island.
