Relevance. Under conditions of sanctions pressure and the transition to the sixth technological paradigm, ensuring the technological security of industry is becoming a strategic priority. Complex multi-level production chains comprising raw material, engineering, and distribution links create hidden vulnerabilities that cannot be identified in a timely manner using traditional flat and linear analytical models. Existing approaches — operational, simulation-based, audit-based, analytical, predictive, and expert approaches — have significant limitations in terms of coverage completeness and response speed. Purpose. The study aims to develop and validate a methodology for the multidimensional identification of hidden technological threats based on OLAP cubes, with application to key products of the Russian microelectronics industry. Methods. The study employs methods of multidimensional data analysis based on Codd’s model with the construction of OLAP cubes. The technological production chains of the K5016VK01 large-scale integrated circuit (LSI), used in the Mir payment system, were structured by levels, including raw material extraction, technological preparation, design, manufacturing, and sales. Results. The study proposes a methodology for identifying hidden technological threats that enables a transition from a reactive to a proactive model of technological system protection. The methodology is scalable to other industries and dualuse products, contributes to enhancing technological sovereignty, and can be applied in critical infrastructure monitoring systems. Further development of the approach involves expanding the number of dimensions within the OLAP model.
