The article discusses topical issues of ensuring the economic security of Russian companies engaged in the development, production and sale of high-tech products. The criteria for determining high-tech products based on both international documents and decisions of the government of the Russian Federation are presented, the general essence of the economic security of the enterprise is revealed. The main part of the work includes the classification of organizations engaged in the development and production of high-tech products, the analysis of economic risks associated withwith their activities and tools for minimizing these risks, which makes it possible to develop recommendations for improving sustainabilityand the competitiveness of Russian companies in the high-tech sector. The importance of continuously improving typological analysis measures for the high-tech sector is highlighted, aimed at effectively combating money laundering (legalization) and terrorist financing (AML/CFT), as well as blocking corrupt schemes and practices.The article is intended for specialists in the field of economics, management, researchers interested in issues of economic security and scientists studying issues of economic protectionand stimulating innovation.
