The article analyzes the transformation of the professional training system for specialists in physical culture, sports, adaptive sports, and veterans' sports. The research highlights a necessary shift from traditional passive learning methods toward the integration of active pedagogical strategies, cloud-based educational platforms, and precise biomechanical diagnostic tools. Systematization of modern educational technologies reveals five interrelated groups: active, problem-case, game-based, cloud-oriented, and functional-diagnostic methods. Their combined application ensures the comprehensive development of professional competencies among future specialists. Implementing case-study methods and problem-based tasks fosters analytical thinking, enhances fast decision-making skills under time constraints, and enables students to design individualized rehabilitation and training programs for war veterans with complex injuries. Establishing a multi-level digital educational framework based on cloud services guarantees continuity, accessibility, and mobility across the learning process. Integrating specialized software and hardware for motion analysis and biomechanical monitoring turns the academic environment into an evidence-based research hub. This approach ensures high precision, objectivity, and maximum physical safety during exercise loading in adaptive and veteran sports programs. The findings prove that combining interactive teaching strategies with advanced technological monitoring establishes a modern educational standard. This framework effectively prepares future professionals to address current socio-demographic challenges and deliver safe, scientific, and highly effective rehabilitation interventions.
